Goddamn thing needs to have a confirmation for every action you do, and when you need to have multiple computers serviced you have to go through a manual process for each user that takes about 1 minute to do. I had approximately 100+ users to do in one service request....
I know it saves us money to use this group... but somehow I don't think we came out on top.
